Domestic Cleaning Service Agreement

("The Client")

1. Services

The Company agrees to provide domestic cleaning services at the Client’s premises located at the above address. The scope of cleaning services includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dusting and wiping surfaces

  • Vacuuming and mopping floors

  • Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens

  • Emptying bins

  • Other agreed-upon cleaning tasks

Additional services may be provided upon request and subject to additional charges.

2. Scheduling

Services will be provided on the following schedule:

Any changes to the schedule must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Company £________ per cleaning session. Payments will be made:

  • Weekly / Bi-weekly / Monthly (circle one)

  • By cheque / Direct debit / Bank transfer (circle one)

Invoices will be issued accordingly and must be paid within 14 days of receipt.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • The Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any cleaning appointment.

  • The Company reserves the right to charge for missed appointments if adequate notice is not provided.

  • The Company may cancel or reschedule services with reasonable notice to the Client.

5. Access to Property

The Client shall provide access to the property at the agreed times. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the property is accessible, including any necessary keys, alarm codes, or arrangements with third parties.

6. Liability

  • The Company will take reasonable care when performing cleaning services.

  • The Company accepts no liability for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile or valuable items left unattended, or items not securely stored.

  • The Client agrees to notify the Company promptly of any damage caused by the cleaning service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days' written notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate immediately if the Client breaches any terms of this Agreement.

8. Confidentiality

The Company agrees to keep all Client information confidential and will not disclose any such information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
